Potion23 is a woman-owned, slow fashion, witchy brand that specializes in handmade Witch Hats, created from vintage or forgotten textiles. Infused with magic, no two creations are alike and crafted to be loved for generations.
The designer, Victoria will be in Salem for an in-person shopping event at Nocturne, where she will be offering her hats and other enchanting wares specially designed to compliment the whimsical shop.
