ALL U.S. Customers: All sales are final. For unused, unopened items, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit in person.

EU Customers: In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin a return request, please visit your customer account portal or email info@nocturnesalem.com. Please note that a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
