Please note that all sales in store and online are final; however, we do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. We so appreciate your support of our small business and we humbly understand that we cannot offer the type of return and exchange policy that large corporations do. Yet, you still choose to shop with us and we are so honored! We can ensure you will receive quality and personable customer service should you have any issues with your order. Which shipping services do you offer?
We are a small family run business based in Salem, Massachusetts. We work diligently to ensure all packages are shipped carefully and are securely hand packaged by one of our team members.
For all shipping services, we use automated shipping calculators to get you the best price and carrier options on the market today. All orders over $75 are free shipping with the cost of shipping incurred by us. Once packages leave our store, we are no longer responsible for their well being; however, we provide insurance for each package that leaves our store. We will ensure you are taken care of promptly should a package go missing or arrive damaged.
