Signet Rings (Indus or Bharat) in White Bronze by Julian the 2nd
From artist Julian the 2nd: “My grandmother traveled to India about 60 years ago and brought back metal stamps hand made with geometric patterns in them. Over the years they sat in her antique collection, until I began my journey into metal smithing. She passed the stamps along to me and I decided to use their beautifully intricate patterns to make signet rings. The pattern on these rings is a digitized version of the originals. I love that they make a sigil like pattern that is absolutely unique. I hope that while worn, they will bring a sense of history with them and the knowledge that they have great significance.
The finish is oxidized and then sanded to reveal the bronze color, while leaving the oxidation in some areas to create contrast. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Cast in solid white bronze.”
