About the Artist

Dana Glover is an illustrator and tattoo artist based in Boston, Massachusetts, but born and raised in a suburb just north of New York City. Having grown up near a small graveyard just through the woods behind her childhood home, Dana found solace there, but became fascinated by death in the natural cycle. Dana's illustrations and tattoos are inspired by 17th century New England + 19th century garden-style cemetery iconography, Victorian mourning ephemera, the Golden Age of Illustration, occult subjects, vintage Halloween imagery, and goth subculture.
