These cards are intended to be carried in your wallet, pocket, purse, or anything you carry often and keep close.

Keeping a holy card, or saint card, in your wallet or purse can be an act of devotion to that particular saint. The cards can serve as amulets of protection, or for a specific petition related to the saint's attributes or patronages. They are sometimes seen as good luck charms, or small reminders of the humility and devotion to service that was often a key characteristic of their lives.

The saints included are:

Saint Lucy

Saint Teresa

I chose these women for the incredibles lives they led. In a time when women had limited options, these remarkable women dedicated themselves to helping others, and to the deep and transcendent study of nature and spirituality.
